NorthPine Living ships premium home, outdoor, and wellness products within the United States. Many items are large and travel by parcel or freight. Please read this policy before you order.

1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations that cannot accept freight delivery unless the product page says otherwise.

2. Processing time
Orders are reviewed within 1–2 business days. In-stock parcel items usually leave the warehouse within 3–7 business days. Freight, made-to-order, and factory-direct items may take 2–6 weeks to ship. The product page or your order confirmation will note a longer lead time when it applies.

3. Shipping methods
- Smaller items may ship by standard parcel carrier.
- Saunas, cold plunges, outdoor kitchens, gym equipment, and other oversized goods ship by freight (LTL) to a residential or commercial address.
- Freight deliveries often require an adult present to accept the shipment. A liftgate or appointment may be needed.

4. Shipping costs
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Freight quotes can vary by destination, item weight, and access. If a freight charge must be confirmed after the order, we will contact you before the shipment leaves.

5. Delivery estimates
Transit time after the order ships is typically 3–10 business days for parcel and 5–14 business days for freight. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and remote addresses can add time.

6. Receiving a freight order
Inspect the crate or pallet before you sign. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and the product. Email jorge.jwbig@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. Signing “clear” without noting damage can limit a damage claim.

7. Failed delivery
If nobody is available to receive a freight shipment, the carrier may charge a redelivery or storage fee. Those fees are the customer’s responsibility unless we caused the failed attempt.

8. Address errors
You are responsible for a complete, correct shipping address. Extra carrier fees caused by a wrong address, a blocked driveway, or a location that cannot accept freight are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Lost or delayed shipments
If tracking has not moved for an unusual period, email us with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation. A replacement or refund is issued only after the carrier confirms loss.

10. International orders
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
