These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of northpineliving.net and any purchase from NorthPine Living. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. The store
NorthPine Living sells premium home, outdoor, wellness, and home-technology products through this website. The store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the online storefront that allows us to sell our products to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout.
3. Products and pricing
We try to display products, prices, and availability accurately. Errors can happen. We may correct a price, cancel an order, or refuse an order if an item was listed incorrectly, is unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled to your address. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Product photos are examples. Color, finish, and exact specifications can vary.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send a confirmation email or begin fulfillment. We may cancel all or part of an order if payment fails, the address cannot receive freight, the item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is due at checkout through the methods shown in the store. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.
6. Shipping
Shipping is handled under our Shipping Policy. Freight items may require an adult to accept delivery. You are responsible for a correct address and for access needed for delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Some oversized, assembled, custom, or final-sale items have limited return rights.

You may not use the site to break the law, interfere with the store, scrape content in an abusive way, or submit false information. We may suspend access if we believe these Terms were violated.

The NorthPine Living name, logo, product photos, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

You are responsible for proper assembly, installation, electrical connection, and use according to the manufacturer instructions. Outdoor, wellness, gym, and electrical products can involve risk if installed or used incorrectly. Follow local codes and hire a qualified installer when required.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NorthPine Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of use. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow certain limits, so part of this section may not apply to you.
12. Disclaimer
The site and products are provided “as is,” except for warranties required by law or stated in writing on the product page. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
